Mindfulness can be explained as the practice of paying attention to thoughts, emotions, feeling and physical sensations in the present moment. As a practice, it is intentional with a non-judgmental attitude. Coaching is a process that supports clients learning to become mindful. It aims to improve performance and develop emotional intelligence in the here and now, rather than on the distant future.
As we become more aware, we are able to shift the way we react to our habitual thoughts and feelings, opening a possibility to choose a different reaction more accord with what we want for our life.
